Returns Policy 


If you are not satisfied, please return it within 60 days **. We will refund the purchase price minus an administration & handling fee of $10 (USD). The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. 
Once we have received your return please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund. 
 

How to Return Your Item

  • You MUST contact our Customer Service Department, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30-days of your order date.
  • Write the Return Material Authorization Number on the outside of the package below the return address.

IMPORTANT: Returns without an RMA number marked on the return package will not be processed. We are not responsible for product sent back without authorization.

  • Please include the packing slip or a note including your original order number, name, address, and phone number.
  • Use the original packaging (if possible) and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
  • Seal the package securely with tape. Print our return address clearly on the outside of your package.
  • Send the order back via tracked post and provide the tracking number to us if requested

Shipping Return Address

Once you have followed the above instructions, please return the bottles to the nearest distribution centre. The address will be sent when the RMA number has been allocated.

Additional Information

  • Send your return package back using the shipper of your choice. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
  • Purchases will be credited to the account used to make the purchase.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks - It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the original purchase.

  • REFUND IS ONLY ISSUED WHEN "MEAL & EXERCISE GUIDE" IS PURCHASED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY WEDSLIM SUPPLEMENTS IN THE SAME ORDER
  • You have contacted us within 60-days of placing your order
  • We will refund you if only one bottle has been opened from your order and all the remaining bottles are in a suitable resalable condition*
  • All bottles ordered need to be returned, including the used bottle
  • You use the Products fully in accordance with Our instructions (either as set out on the Web Site and/or sent with the Products)
  • You provide Us with any and all information We ask for on the Web Site in order to qualify for a refund
  • You return the Product to Us at Your expense to Our address which We will provide when You apply for a refund.
  • You must provide the tracking number for the returned goods once you have been given the supplied return merchandise authorization (RMA)

Please be aware that the Products work differently for different users. Differences in metabolism and lifestyle can affect the time required to achieve results. You may not experience immediate results.

If You fail to comply with the conditions of this guarantee We will not be obliged to refund Your purchase. If We refuse to refund Your purchase We will, at Your cost, return any unused Product to You providing that You have clearly stated in Your refund request that the unused Product is to be returned to You together with the address to which the unused Product is to be sent.
